Forever Carl Gustav Jung

Jung gave us archetypes, the collective unconscious, and the idea that we all have shadow selves we refuse to acknowledge. He split from Freud because he thought there was more to psychology than sexual hang-ups and daddy issues. Jung would have had a field day with social media, watching people project their anima and animus onto strangers while living out their personas online instead of doing actual shadow work.
