Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days counting from the delivery of the order. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we usually make exceptions to this if necessary. Simply contact us by mail to



If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. There is a normal tolerance for the sizes of 1-2 inches in deviation to the sizes given in the size tables. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

All sent products are marked with a return address for your convenience. Please let us additionally know how we should handle your return. Do you wish to exchange the size or should we process a refund? The costs for the return shipment is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or lost in transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will cover the costs for shipping the exchanged items. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week's time! 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
