Política de devoluciones

Nuestra política de devoluciones dura 30 días a contar desde la entrega del pedido. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we usually make exceptions to this if necessary. Simply contact us by mail to support@philosophers-shirt.com

 

TALLAS EQUIVOCADAS

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. There is a normal tolerance for the sizes of 1-2 inches in deviation to the sizes given in the size tables. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at support@philosophers-shirt.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

Todos los productos enviados llevan marcada una dirección de devolución para tu comodidad. Por favor, indícanos adicionalmente cómo debemos gestionar tu devolución. ¿Deseas cambiar la talla o debemos tramitar un reembolso? Los gastos del envío de devolución corren a cargo del cliente, a menos que el artículo esté dañado o se haya perdido durante el transporte.

Serás responsable de pagar tus propios gastos de envío para devolver el artículo. Nosotros correremos con los gastos de envío de los artículos cambiados. 

Dependiendo de dónde vivas, el tiempo que puede tardar en llegarte el producto cambiado puede variar. Lo último que queremos es que te quedes con un artículo dañado. Si un pedido llega dañado, ponte en contacto con nosotros y envíanos una foto en el plazo de una semana. 

 

DEVOLUCIONES (SI PROCEDE)

Una vez recibida e inspeccionada tu devolución, te enviaremos un correo electrónico para notificarte que hemos recibido tu artículo devuelto. También te notificaremos la aprobación o rechazo de tu devolución.
Si se aprueba, se procesará tu devolución y se aplicará automáticamente un abono en tu tarjeta de crédito o método de pago original, en un plazo determinado de días. Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables. Si recibes un reembolso, el coste del envío de devolución se deducirá de tu reembolso.

 

DEVOLUCIONES ATRASADAS O NO REALIZADAS (SI PROCEDE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
