We are currently able to ship from the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Spain, Latvia, the United Kingdom or Japan. We ensure that your order is always shipped as locally as possible and arrives quickly.
In very few exceptional cases we have to use a more distant warehouse. In this case, we will notify the customer and will reimburse any extra costs, in particular any import or customs charges. We also want to avoid overseas deliveries and additional fees at all costs. We have therefore set up the logistics so that this is only the case for around one in a thousand orders.
We also give a full guarantee on delivery: anyone who does not receive their goods will be refunded the full purchase price or offered a new delivery without discussion or hassle.
We print the items on demand so that you receive a unique item with a fresh print. This way, we completely avoid overproduction and textile waste compared to pre-produced goods.
Decentralized logistics: We currently work with 10 partner print shops at different locations to ensure short, sustainable delivery routes when shipping worldwide and without customs duties.
All of our suppliers' products are FLA (Fair Labor Association) and WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certified, while our Eco Collection is additionally OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS and Organic Cotton Standard (OCS) certified.
The inks we use for printing are Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, water-based and free from harmful chemicals. We use Kornit DTG printers that generate almost zero wastewater and use less energy than standard industry printers, which lowers our carbon footprint.
