La nostra politica di restituzione dura 30 giorni a partire dalla consegna dell'ordine. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we usually make exceptions to this if necessary. Simply contact us by mail to support@philosophers-shirt.com

 

TAGLIE SBAGLIATE

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. There is a normal tolerance for the sizes of 1-2 inches in deviation to the sizes given in the size tables. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at support@philosophers-shirt.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

Tutti i prodotti inviati sono contrassegnati da un indirizzo per la restituzione per tua comodità. Ti chiediamo inoltre di comunicarci le modalità di gestione del tuo reso. Desideri cambiare la taglia o dobbiamo effettuare un rimborso? I costi della spedizione di ritorno sono a carico del cliente, a meno che l'articolo non sia danneggiato o perso durante il trasporto.

Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione dell'articolo sono a tuo carico. I costi di spedizione degli articoli sostituiti saranno a nostro carico. 

A seconda del luogo in cui vivi, il tempo necessario perché il prodotto scambiato ti arrivi può variare. L'ultima cosa che vogliamo è che tu rimanga con un articolo danneggiato. Se un ordine arriva danneggiato, ti preghiamo di contattarci con una foto entro una settimana! 

 

RIMBORSI (SE APPLICABILI)

Una volta ricevuto e ispezionato il tuo reso, ti invieremo un'e-mail per comunicarti che abbiamo ricevuto il tuo articolo restituito. Ti comunicheremo inoltre l'approvazione o il rifiuto del tuo rimborso.
Se il rimborso viene approvato, verrà elaborato e un accredito verrà automaticamente applicato alla tua carta di credito o al metodo di pagamento originale entro un certo numero di giorni. Le spese di spedizione non sono rimborsabili. Se ricevi un rimborso, il costo della spedizione di ritorno sarà detratto dal tuo rimborso.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
